Full Body Reset Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Full Body Reset Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”), operated by Dr. Jodi Shabazz and Full Body Reset (“Full Body Reset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By applying for, enrolling in, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms.
1. Affiliate Program Participation
The Full Body Reset Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to Full Body Reset products and services through an authorized affiliate link, referral code, coupon code, or other tracking method provided through our affiliate platform.
Participation in the program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to approve or decline an affiliate application at our discretion and to discontinue an Affiliate’s participation when these Terms are violated.
2. Affiliate Commissions
Approved Affiliates earn the commission rate assigned to their affiliate account for qualifying purchases.
Commission rates may vary among Affiliates. Certain Affiliates may receive promotional, VIP, negotiated, or other special commission rates. The commission rate displayed or assigned within the Affiliate’s account will govern that Affiliate’s eligible transactions unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Commission rates and eligible products may be changed prospectively by Full Body Reset. Changes will not retroactively reduce commissions already earned on qualifying transactions.
3. Qualifying Sales
A commission is earned only on a legitimate, completed purchase that is properly attributed to the Affiliate through the tracking methods recognized by our affiliate system.
Tracking may rely on affiliate links, cookies, referral codes, coupon codes, or other attribution methods supported by our affiliate platform.
Affiliates are responsible for using the links and promotional tools provided to them correctly. Full Body Reset cannot guarantee attribution when a customer blocks or deletes cookies, uses another Affiliate’s link or code, switches devices or browsers, or when tracking is otherwise prevented or interrupted.
4. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, Chargebacks and Fraud
Commissions are not payable on transactions that are refunded, canceled, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise determined not to be legitimate qualifying sales.
If a commission has already been credited for such a transaction, the commission may be canceled, deducted from the Affiliate’s balance, or offset against future commissions.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions or referral activity before issuing payment.
5. Commission Hold Period
Affiliate commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period before becoming eligible for payout.
This period allows Full Body Reset to account for refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and other adjustments.
A commission appearing in an Affiliate’s dashboard does not necessarily mean that the commission has completed the holding period or is eligible for immediate payment.
6. Minimum Payout and Payment Schedule
The minimum payout threshold is $50 in eligible commissions.
Affiliate payouts are processed once per month, on the last day of each month, for eligible commissions that have completed the applicable 30-day holding period and for Affiliates whose eligible balance has reached the $50 minimum payout threshold.
If the last day of the month falls on a weekend, bank holiday, or other day on which banking services are unavailable, payment may be initiated on the next available business day.
Commissions that have not yet completed the 30-day holding period will remain pending and will roll forward to a future monthly payout.
Balances below the $50 minimum payout threshold will also remain in the Affiliate’s account and carry forward until the threshold is reached.
Once a payout is initiated, the amount of time required for the funds to appear in the Affiliate’s bank account may vary depending on the Affiliate’s financial institution.
7. Payment Method
Affiliate payouts are made by bank transfer using the payment information provided by the Affiliate.
Affiliates are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment information and for keeping that information current.
Full Body Reset is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated banking information supplied by an Affiliate.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with commissions they receive and for providing any tax documentation reasonably required for payment or legal compliance.
8. Self-Referrals
The Affiliate Program is intended to reward Affiliates for referring new customers.
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links, referral codes, or other affiliate tracking methods to earn commissions on their own purchases.
Transactions determined to be self-referrals may be removed from commission calculations.
9. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Full Body Reset whenever promoting Full Body Reset products or services.
Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and reasonably understandable to the audience and must comply with applicable Federal Trade Commission requirements.
Affiliates should not hide disclosures in hashtags, at the bottom of lengthy content, behind a “more” button when avoidable, or in another location where consumers are unlikely to notice them.
Examples of appropriate disclosures may include statements such as:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
“This is an affiliate link, which means I may receive a commission from qualifying purchases.”
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, social-media, email-marketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
10. Health, Medical and Weight-Loss Claims
Affiliates must represent the Full Body Reset accurately and responsibly.
Affiliates may not make medical claims, disease-treatment claims, guaranteed weight-loss claims, guaranteed health-outcome claims, or other representations that have not been expressly authorized by Full Body Reset.
Affiliates may not claim or imply that the Full Body Reset diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a disease or medical condition.
Affiliates may share their genuine personal experiences provided those statements are truthful and are clearly presented as their individual experiences rather than guaranteed or typical outcomes for every customer.
Affiliates may not invent, alter, exaggerate, or misrepresent customer testimonials, results, before-and-after photographs, health outcomes, or statements made by Dr. Jodi Shabazz or Full Body Reset.
11. Brand and Intellectual Property
Full Body Reset may provide Affiliates with approved photographs, graphics, videos, logos, written copy, links, and other promotional materials.
These materials remain the property of their respective owners and are provided solely for authorized promotion of the Full Body Reset Affiliate Program.
Affiliates may not materially alter Full Body Reset branding in a way that creates false or misleading claims or suggests that the Affiliate owns, operates, or officially represents Full Body Reset.
Affiliates may not create websites, social-media accounts, domain names, business names, or advertising accounts that impersonate Full Body Reset or Dr. Jodi Shabazz.
12. Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding
Unless Full Body Reset provides prior written permission, Affiliates may not purchase search-engine advertisements or other paid advertising that bids on Full Body Reset trademarks, product names, Dr. Jodi Shabazz’s name, website domains, or confusingly similar variations.
Affiliates may not create advertisements that falsely appear to be official advertisements placed directly by Full Body Reset.
13. Spam and Unsolicited Promotion
Affiliates may not promote Full Body Reset through spam, deceptive advertising, misleading messages, unauthorized automated messaging, or unlawful unsolicited email or text-message campaigns.
Affiliate promotion must comply with applicable marketing and communications laws and the rules of the platform being used.
14. Coupon and Discount Promotion
Affiliates may advertise only legitimate discounts, coupon codes, promotions, and offers authorized by Full Body Reset.
Affiliates may not create unauthorized coupon codes, advertise expired promotions as active, or represent an affiliate link as providing a discount when no such discount exists.
15. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliate commissions may be denied or Affiliate participation terminated for conduct including fraud, manipulation of affiliate tracking, self-referrals, misleading advertising, unauthorized medical or health claims, impersonation, misuse of intellectual property, spam, fraudulent purchases, or other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.
16. Affiliate Relationship
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency relationship, or other similar relationship between the Affiliate and Full Body Reset.
Affiliates participate as independent parties and are responsible for their own business activities, expenses, taxes, representations, and legal obligations.
17. Program Changes and Termination
Full Body Reset may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or these Terms prospectively.
Affiliates may stop participating in the program at any time.
Full Body Reset may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of the Affiliate Program, unlawful conduct, or activity that materially harms Full Body Reset or its customers.
Legitimate commissions that became payable before termination will generally remain payable, except commissions associated with prohibited, fraudulent, refunded, reversed, or otherwise ineligible transactions.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Full Body Reset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including interruptions or errors involving third-party affiliate tracking, payment processing, websites, or technology.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version posted on the Full Body Reset website will govern participation in the Affiliate Program from its stated effective date.
Continued participation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
